PURCHASING COFFEE: Should you be interested in purchasing our fresh roasted coffee or other SOJO merchandise, check our selection online and purchase. We offer 8, 16 and 80 ounce bag sizes. We accept PayPal and most credit/debit cards. At this time we are roasting once weekly for new orders. Purchases made online by Friday 5:00pm Central Standard Time will be roasted early the following week and then shipped, held for shop pick-up or delivered to the HAIR TEAM in Spirit Lake, IA. Orders placed after that time may be roasted the following week unless coffee is available. All weekly USPS shipments will leave our shop no later than Wednesday 5:00pm Central Standard Time. SHOP PICK-UP: Should you prefer to pickup your order at our shop in Lakefield, MN - we will have a pickup schedule posted to this website indicating our availability at the shop. Visit the SHOP PICKUP page for more information. You may also select "Shop Pick-up" on checkout if you have prearranged delivery or an alternate pick up with us. Of course, local pickup or prearranged delivery will not be charged shipping. Select "Shop Pick-Up" at checkout and stop in our shop during open hours. Our shop is located at 206 Second Ave. North, Lakefield, MN.
DELIVERY TO THE HAIR TEAM: We partner with the HAIR TEAM Salon in Spirit Lake, IA for delivery of coffee orders to our customers in the Iowa Great Lakes Area. Deliveries occur weekly on Thursdays and orders can be picked up there at your convenience. Visit the HAIR TEAM PARTNERSHIP page for more information. The HAIR TEAM is located at 718 Lake Street, Spirit Lake, IA. Select "Delivery to the Hair Team" at checkout. Pick up during open hours only. There is no shipping charge for delivering your order to the HAIR TEAM.
USPS SHIPPING: We strive to offer you the most economical shipping possible with the goal of you receiving your coffee quickly. In other words; we ship as fast and as cheap as possible and only charge actual shipping cost. We are always looking for a better deal on shipping and will update our site accordingly. Currently, our shipping is defaulted to USPS and your actual shipping cost will be calculated according to the total weight of your order and your location..
SALES TAX: Coffee bean sales are tax exempt! However, other products such as merchandise sold on our website may be taxable. In those unique cases, we are required to charge Minnesota Sales Tax (6.88%) for sales in Minnesota or shipping to a Minnesota address.
WHY DO WE REQUEST YOUR PHONE NUMBER AT CHECKOUT? Just in case we miss you or need to contact you regarding your order, we ask for a way to contact you directly via phone. However, we do respect your privacy. Although we hope you do, should you not wish to provide your number, please enter "000-000-0000". We will never share your contract information with anyone and it is held securely in our website. Should a phone number not be available, we will correspond with you if needed via your email address.
IF I PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS, WILL I BE BOTHERED WITH BORING EMAIL ADVERTISEMENTS AND JUNK MAIL FROM SOJO? I personally hate receiving endless junk mail and I am skeptical of providing my personal email to anyone. Should you provide your email or sign up for SOJO News and Events, located at the bottom of our webpage, we will not fill your inbox with junk! We plan to periodically send new coffee availability information, discount codes, updates, and various news and events that you may be interested in. Never is your email address shared with anyone. SOJO FRESH ROAST GUARANTEE: SOJO does not shelf coffee, (put roasted coffee on a shelf and let it get old waiting for your order, like the other guys). Once orders are placed, we custom roast your order, then ship it out the following day or hold it for pick up or delivery that same week. Never will our coffee arrive more than just a few short days out of our roaster...fresh roasted, every time! Should you be less than happy with your order, contact us immediately. We will replace or refund your purchase.
